Please read these terms carefully before using the 11fb platform — they form the basis of the agreement between you and us.
General Provisions

3.2 Password Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials completely confidential. Allowing any other person to use your account is prohibited. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to 11fb's support team immediately.
3.3 Account Closure
11fb may temporarily or permanently close any account at its own discretion or in the event of a breach of these Terms. Users may also request to close their own accounts at any time.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on 11fb is ৳300 per method. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. The same payment method used for the deposit may be required for the withdrawal.
4.3 Verification
Before withdrawing large amounts, 11fb may request the necessary documents for identity verification. If a suspicious transaction is identified, the withdrawal may be placed on hold until the investigation is complete.
- Using a third-party account for deposits or withdrawals is prohibited.
- The limits set by the applicable payment method apply to each transaction.
- 11fb does not charge any transaction fees, however your bank or mobile banking provider may charge fees.
Bonus and Promotional Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
11fb offers new users a 100% first-deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Restrictions
- Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per user.
- Any attempt to abuse bonuses or gain advantages through multiple accounts will result in cancellation of the account along with the bonus and any winnings.
- 11fb reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it only becomes withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.
VIP Program
11fb's VIP program has three tiers. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play:
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
VIP benefits are at 11fb's discretion and may change at any time. Specific conditions may apply to VIP tier cashback and other benefits.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 11fb platform:
- Creating multiple accounts or using third-party accounts.
- Any form of fraud, exploiting strategic advantages, or attempting to manipulate the system using software.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Bonus abuse — placing strategic bets for the sole purpose of meeting wagering requirements.
- Using another user's account credentials without their permission.
- Exploiting technical errors on the platform to gain unfair advantages.
Violating these rules will result in permanent closure of the account and all balances may be forfeited. In serious cases, legal action may be taken.
Betting and Gaming Rules
8.1 General Betting Rules
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical issue, the relevant amount will be returned to the account. 11fb does not accept liability for any losses from bets or games resulting from disconnection or technical errors.
8.2 Sports Betting
11fb's set odds and rules apply to sports betting. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded. Rules for specific markets can be obtained from 11fb's support team.
8.3 Casino Games
All casino games are operated using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures fair and unbiased results. Live casino games are operated through trusted providers including Ezugi and Evolution Gaming.

Any delay by 11fb in enforcing any condition shall not be considered a waiver of that condition. In any matter of interpretation of these Terms, 11fb's decision shall be considered final.
